venture into Alchemy

This is some work from nearly a year ago. I Really love how useful alchemy was during the creation process. Here is the final result for this character. You can really see how alchemy gave a uniqueness to this form.

Haven't posted in a bit so thought i better upload my latest venture. I painted this up form a doodle which i liked the idea of.
Trying to get direction right for this illustration. Anatomy in theface is horrible at this point. Just a quick pass after all :




Here is there fished product. Overhauled the anatomy of the face for this one. I liked the idea of a darker tone to this painting so i ran with it.
